Animal Planet Hammerhead Shark Dog Costume

This delightful costume is supposed to be scary, but it really is hilarious.  This costume is a soft grey with a white belly.  The hammerhead shark is padded with foam to make it extra comfy for your pet.

It has the dorsal fin on the back and a pointed shark tail that fits over the end of your dog.

This unique costume is easy to put on your dog, with the Velcro enclosure that fits under your dog’s tummy for a good fit.

The shark head headpiece fits snugly on your dog’s head, with vinyl white shark teeth that fit on his forehead.

There are nine species of hammerhead sharks.  They actually have a flattened head that resembles a hammer.  They can grow as long as twenty feet long and can weigh up to one thousand pounds.  They are grey with a white underbelly.

They usually swim close to the shore and unlike other sharks, they usually swim in schools.  This shark looks really strange with it’s large hammerhead and the eyes that are perched on the ends of his head, but actually with the eyes positioned thus it gives this shark binocular vision.

Hammerhead sharks are very good at following their prey because their sensory pores are spread all the way across their large heads.
The male shark bites the female shark repeatedly until she agrees to have sex with him.  These sharks are mammals and the mother shark gives birth to live baby sharks.  Hammerhead sharks are interesting but I wouldn’t want to meet one.
